The ‘Foundation’ of The Ancient House of Yardley is an unincorporated not-for-profit private members association constituted by International and Divine Law and as such being recognized as to exist.

The ‘Constitution’ of The Ancient House of Yardley is a thorough encapsulation of the entire aims and objectives of the ‘Foundation’ formed under the ancient name and family of Yardley. The ‘Constitution’ is a private document not for public viewing by its being in nature and forming the basis upon which the private members of the ‘Foundation’ are guided in their lives and through carrying out the Vision, Mission and work of the ‘Foundation’ while continuing to honour and respect the ancient name and family of Yardley.

The ‘Foundation’, through its statement of being, ‘The Memorandum and Articles of Unincorporated Association’ and its ‘Constitution’, which details the work of the ‘Foundation’, carries out the Aims and Objectives through various ‘work’ streams – which are not limited and may change and expand with time. As at 2024 these include:

  • Catalyst Ascending – the overall overseer of the work of the Foundation
  • Taurus Arising – all things of the Spiritual
  • CONtemplations – raising awareness to Truth
  • REmbracing OUR Divine Law – raising awareness of Law (in easy to understand ways)
  • REmembering ELYSIUM – raising awareness about programming
  • Gala Ballet Foundation – bringing amateur-professional ballet to diverse audiences and venues
  • Get Healthy, Fit and Active – all things food, health and exercise
